What is fastPay?
fastPay is a mobile wallet that enables you to transfer money from a mobile phone to another mobile phone on a 24/7 basis without having to be a DenizBank customer, to withdraw cash from ATMs without a card, and to make payments in member merchants.
How can I start to use fastPay?
You can download fastPay application for free from App Store, Google play and Windows Phone Store.
After downloading, you can register by entering your Turkish Republic ID Number plus a 6-digit pin code that you choose. If you wish, you can determine pattern lock and easily log in to fastPay without having to memorize a pin code.
To have some balance in your fastPay after you register;
You can top up cash from any DenizBank ATM without a card.
Another fastPay user can transfer money to your fastPay wallet using your mobile phone number.
You can make an EFT from all other banks in Turkey to your fastPay.
Please select Bank name: DenizBank, City: Istanbul and Branch: fastPay.
You can easily send money by entering only mobile phone number of the recipient instead of bank account number.
*If the recipient’s phone number is wrong or if the intended recipient does not have fastPay registration, the transfer amount will be sent back to the sender.
What can I do with fastPay?
With fastPay, you can do many transactions such as sending money to a mobile phone, withdrawing cash from ATM without a card, and doing shopping from member businesses and toping up cash for prepaid cards.
You can send money instantly on a 24/7 basis to a mobile phone without having to be a customer of DenizBank or any other bank. The Recipient can withdraw the transfer amount from any DenizBank ATM or if the Recipient has a fastPay wallet, transfer amount will be added to fastPay balance.
Even if your wallet is not with you, you can withdraw cash WITHOUT A CARD from any DenizBank ATM thanks to fastPay.
You can link your Denizbank Deposit Account or credit card to your fastPay wallet, and do SHOPPING from DenizBank’s member merchants with your mobile phone.

For transfers of non-DenizBank customers, limit per transaction is TL 490, total daily limit is TL 1.990.
fastPay Member Merchant Payment Limits
Limit per transaction / total daily limit for DenizBank customers is TL 19.990.
For non-DenizBank customers, limit per transaction is TL 490, total daily limit is TL 1.990, total annual limit is TL 2.990.
Money Sending Limit from ATM with fastPay
Limit per transaction is TL 490, daily limit is TL 1.990.
Money Withdrawal Limit from ATM with fastPay
For DenizBank customers, limit per transaction is TL 1000, and daily limit is TL 1.990.
For non-DenizBank customers, limit per transaction is TL 490, and daily limit is TL 1.990.
