Your Payment is credited to your account instantly.

Maximum 40 banknotes can be inserted to ATM.

Daily Limit is 19,.990 TL or equivalent amount for USD, EUR and RUB.

Daily Limit is 5,000 TL or equivalent amount for EFT and remittance Transaction.

Fee is 6 TL for the cardless Payment. (BITT is included)

USD, EUR and RUB currencies can be used for the Payment Transaction.

Available type of notes are;

TL: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 ve 200 TL

USD: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 ve 100 USD

EUR: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 ve 100 EUR

RUB: 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 ve 5000 RUB

Without having any bank card or account, non-DenizBank Customers can also do Exchange Functionality at DenizBank ATMs.

USD, EUR and RUB is available for Exchange Transaction.

Commission is 6 TL (BITT is included) for Withdrawal and 1,2 TL (BITT is not included) for the Balance inquiry.

Commission is 1% of amount. (min. 6 TL) for the Withdrawal Transaction.

Without having to be a DenizBank Customer, you may Withdraw cash from any DenizBank ATM with fastPay.

For DenizBank Customers, Limit per Transaction is TL 1000, and daily Limit is TL 1.990

For non-DenizBank Customers, Limit per Transaction is TL 490, and daily Limit is TL 1.990

You should block your card by calling 0850 222 0 800.

Please inform call center agent by calling 0850 222 0 800 and check your account Balance within day.

It is possible to make cardless cash deposit or credit card debt payment up to TL 19.990 at DenizBank ATMs daily.

You can carry out your transaction by selecting "CARD PAYMENT" on the Cardless Transactions Menu.

• Touch "ENTER" button
• Choose "CARD PAYMENT"
• Enter Republic of Turkey ID Number and mobile phone information
• Enter the Number of the Card for which payment will be made
• Deposit the amount you would like to pay to the ATM
• The deposited amount is now at your Credit Card account

For your own security, you should call 08502220800 and block your card without leaving the ATM.
