While realizing a transaction via Telephone Banking, you will be asked to sign in using a single-use mobile approval code/ notification along with your Telephone Banking password, Card password.
In case you cannot pass these stages that are critical for your security, you may only receive information about cancelling a lost/stolen card and our products/services, and service about your requests via Telephone Banking.
If you do not have a Telephone Banking password or have forgotten it, you may get it via Mobil Deniz, Online Banking, our ATMs, branches or Telephone Banking
If you do not have a Card Password or have forgotten it, you may get it via Mobil Deniz or Online Banking.
Your single-use mobile approval code will be sent to your mobile phone number registered in our bank during the transaction. In order for your approval code to reach you without any problem, your mobile phone number registered in our bank must be up-to-date. You can check if your mobile phone number is up-to-date in our bank’s system via MobilDeniz and Online Banking and update it as necessary from our branch that is closest to you.
If you are using our MobilDeniz or DenizKartım application, your approval notification will be sent to you with an instant message notification via the app and you will be asked to approve it via this notification again. In order for the approval notification to reach you without any problem, your notifications in our mobile applications must be turned on.
You may call us on your mobile phone that is registered in our bank to be able to realize your transactions that you need.
Telephone banking password, card password and single-use approval code are exclusive to you and a number of transactions including Money transfer from your account are realized using these password. Therefore, these passwords that are exclusive to you shall not be shared with anyone including the bank personnel.
