SifreTek

SifreTek produces new and single-use passwords each time for all of the Internet Branch customers to realise the banking transactions securely. You provide two-stage security with SifreTek in addition to the login name, e-password and AçýkDeniz password when logging in AçýkDeniz or in your money transfer transactions.

• It produces “Single-Use Password” which is new and special for you in every use, • The passwords produced could not be reused by you or by any other user, • You can reach the Internet Branch securely from any point you want (internet café, house, office etc.) • You can easily carry it with you at any time (it provides mobility)

Through our branches, all of the customers make application, From the Internet Branch, real customers and common account owners only, Via the Communication Centre, only real customers make application.

• Select SifreTek step from the Security Management menus in AçýkDeniz, • Select the Application step from SifreTek menus, • Select the account type that the price of SifreTek will be taken and the address type that SifreTek will be sent (if you want, you can update your address information from the Personal Transactions menus) • Read the SifreTek Contract in the next page and then complete your application.

• Select SifreTek step from the Security Management menus in AçýkDeniz, • Select the Application step from SifreTek menus, • Select the account type that the price of SifreTek will be taken and the address type that SifreTek will be sent (if you want, you can update your address information from the Personal Transactions menus) • Read the SifreTek Contract in the next page and then complete your application. Your SifreTek will be sent via courier after making the application. SifreTek will be made to you personally after the identity control.

You are required to open the device for usage through AçýkDeniz Internet Branch to use the SifreTek which is delivered to your address. To open SifreTek for usage, follow the below steps in order; • Log in the Internet Branch with login name, e-password and AçýkDeniz password you use every time, • Select the ‘Open for Use’ from the ‘Security Management’ menus in the Internet Branch, • Pull the SifreTek logo section of your device to left/right and open the screen, • Enter the 6-digit password which appears on the device screen on the ‘SifreTek Password’ area in the ‘Open for Use’ menus, You can now use your SifreTek in AçýkDeniz.

You can use AçýkDeniz Internet Branch with your SifreTek according to the below-selected preference. • I want to use ‘SifreTek’ only in entry to AçýkDeniz, According to this selection, you are required to enter the single-use password in addition to the login name, e-password and AçýkDeniz password when logging in AçýkDeniz. • I want to use ‘SifreTek’ only in money transfer transactions, You are required to enter the single-use password that you will produce with SifreTek on the screen at the approval stage of the transfer transaction. • I want to use ‘SifreTek’ if the amount I will state exceeds the total of the money transfers which I will make during the day, If the amount to be determined by the customer exceeds the total amount of transfers to be made during the day, then he is required to use SifreTek. The operation is exactly same with previous application. • I want to use the above-stated usage option in the hour intervals which I will determine. SifreTek is used only in the hour intervals determined by the customer.

Pull the SifreTek logo section of your device to left/right and open the screen. The 6-digit ‘Single-Use Password’ will appear on the device screen. The password is ready to use.

The period of appearing the password on the device is 36 seconds at average. The password disappears from the screen in the end of this period automatically. You have 1-minute period to use the produced password in AçýkDeniz –Internet Branch.

There will be nothing if the passwords which are produced with SifreTek are not used.

Yes. You can use the same SifreTek device both for your individual account and your common account.

Yes. You can use the same SifreTek both for your individual account and your corporate account.

The bank or credit card customers should call 444 0 800 and stop the SifreTek definition temporarily. Customer with the cancelled SifreTek definition can perform money transfer transactions in AçýkDeniz in daily limits which are determined by our bank. You are required to open it for use from the ‘SifreTek Transactions’ step in the ‘Security Management’ menus of AçýkDeniz Internet Branch to use your SifreTek again.

Yes. But you are required to use ‘SMS Verification’ which is another security application of us. The Security Code is sent as SMS to the mobile telephone number of the customer which is registered in our system for the SMS Verification. If you do not want to use SMS Verification, then you can make your money transfer transactions in AçýkDeniz in the daily limits which are determined by our bank. You should call the communication centre from 444 0 800 and stop the relation between your customer number and SifreTek and make a new SifreTek request. You are required to pay price again for the new SifreTek.

The battery life of SifreTek is about 7-10 years. Whenever the battery of SifreTek is over, you should deliver your SifreTek to the closest DenizBank Branch and make a new SifreTek request.

You do not need to establish a connection between SifreTek and your computer. You do not need to install any software to your computer too.

Another person that captures SifreTek can not log in AçýkDeniz without the login name, e-password and your AçýkDeniz Password (something you know) (factor 2 should be provided).
